    1.Product overview

    By the sharp low harmonic frequency conversion control of seawater manufacturing products using Fondants pump application converter, SIEMENS PLC S7-1200 and HMI, operation control, real-time monitoring of the whole system, the use of PID control logic in the PLC, the actual flow rate requirements, according to the load condition of the timely adjustment of the pump speed of the host, to ensure that fresh water outflow temperature central cooler the control at 36~38 DEG C, safe and effective energy saving, effectively protect the host pump operation. The typical investment recovery time of the seawater cooling system optimized by frequency converter is about 12 months.

    2. Control system
    There is a master switch system in the control cabinet to control three pumps, each of which has three state positions.
    Manual stop automatic mode
    1# and 2# inverter can be used as the main driver of the system. There are 2 temperature sensors in the system. They are connected to 1# and 2# drivers to meet the redundancy control requirements. The main driver will maintain a constant LT temperature, and control all the pump speeds by master slave cascade. All the pumps in the work run at the same speed, and the system turns three pumps to balance their running time.
